The Inclusion Nudges Learning Lab is pragmatic and flexible to fit you and your colleagues and is designed to build internal organisational capability. You choose a real life organisational challenge to work on in the Learning Lab. As behavioural change designers and experts in the field of inclusion, we partner with you on using this innovative approach for impactful change. We guide you on designing nudges for inclusion. You become a master in making it easier to change behaviour, cultures, and systems for more inclusiveness – that will stick!
