#ShesGotThis is a non-profit, youth led organization founded in Norway in 2015 by a young medical doctor, Marie Louise Sunde. We now operate in several Nordic countries. Their aim is to address unconscious bias and gender stereotypes limiting both men and women. With humor and honesty they tackle the institutionalized gender discrimination that is hard to identify, but still happens on a daily basis and has significant implications for society and individuals alike. They seek to highlight through online campaigns individual episodes that separately don’t stand out, but when accumulated shape our views and actions. Together we change mindsets.
